How can you contact us?
What information do we collect?
We collect the personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you contact us or express interest in our Services. Through our contact form or one of our lead forms, this is limited to: your name, email address, and profile type (Creator, Brand, Agency) and — where a lead form requests it — your phone number.
We do not process sensitive information, and we do not collect personal information from third parties.
All personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate, and you should notify us of any changes.
How do we process your information?
We process your information to:
respond to your enquiries and provide the information or support you request;
manage a professional relationship, should one arise from your enquiry;
comply with our legal obligations.
We process your information only where we have a valid legal reason to do so.
What legal bases do we rely on?
The GDPR requires us to explain the legal bases we rely on. For the data collected through the contact form or a lead form, we rely on:
Performance of pre-contractual measures / a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing necessary to respond to your request and to take steps at your request prior to entering into any agreement.
Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): where processing is necessary to comply with the law.
Where we rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for any specific purpose, you can withdraw it at any time.
When and with whom do we share your information?
We do not sell your personal information and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own purposes. Your information may, however, be processed on our behalf, as data processors, by the technical providers we use to operate the Services, namely: the provider of our website and lead-form hosting (Squarespace); and our email and file storage provider (Google Workspace).
Where you reach us through an advertising lead form, the platform hosting that form (for example, Meta Platforms) collects your details on our behalf before transmitting them to us; that platform's own processing is governed by its respective privacy policy.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.
Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?
This website uses only strictly necessary technical cookies required for the site to function. We do not use profiling cookies and we do not currently permit third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this website.
Most browsers accept cookies by default; you can set your browser to remove or reject cookies, though this may affect some site functions.
Is your information transferred internationally?
Our operations are located in the United Arab Emirates. If you access our Services from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the UAE and possibly in other countries where our technical providers operate.
The UAE is not covered by a European Commission adequacy decision, and these countries may not offer the same level of data protection as your own. Where such transfers take place, we take appropriate measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law. You may contact us at any time for further information about the safeguards in place.
How long do we keep your information?
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice. Data collected through the contact form or a lead form is retained for the time needed to handle your enquiry and, if a professional relationship follows, for its duration plus the period required by applicable legal obligations (such as tax or accounting requirements). When we no longer need your information, we delete or anonymise it.
Do we collect information from minors?
We do not knowingly collect data from, or market to, children under 18. By using the Services you confirm you are at least 18. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us at info@axoncollective.io and we will take steps to delete it.
What are your privacy rights?
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:
access and obtain a copy of your personal information;
request rectification or erasure;
restrict or object to processing;
data portability;
withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@axoncollective.io. We will respond in accordance with applicable data protection law.
If you are located in the EEA and believe we are unlawfully processing your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) — or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Controls for Do-Not-Track features
Most browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") setting. As there is currently no uniform technology standard for recognising DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will update this notice accordingly.
Do we make updates to this notice?
Yes. We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
